Yealink + Plantronics CS530 Headset
Here is how the cables and headset base should be setup to work with a Yealink phone.
Set the dials at the bottom of the Plantronics Base to match the photo below.

Next, connect the power and lifter cable (supplied with the Yealink EHS40) to the base.

Connect the two connectors to the EHS40 block and then connect the EHS40's USB cable into the phone. The two connectors are of different sizes.

If connected properly, the phone should display a headset icon at the top and the green headset button should light up.
