OktoRocket Release Notes - October 30, 2025

Enhancements

  • Improved Campaigns in multiple ways to increase clarify, improve ease-of-use, and reduce confusion:
    • Audience Preview
      • Previously, this did not consider whether Customers had been set to "Marketing Disabled", or whether they had valid message delivery info (mobile numbers or emails, depending on the Campaign Type).
      • Now, these checks happen at the Audience Preview stage, and users are presented with a tabbed view showing 3 distinct lists:
        • Valid recipients who will receive the Campaign message
        • Recipients who match the Campaign criteria but lack a valid mobile number or email (depending on the Campaign Type)
        • Recipients who match the Campaign criteria but are set to "Marketing Disabled"
      • Which gives users the ability to much more accurately gauge how wide a Campaign will go out, and provides a list of Customers with correctable issues that can bring them into future Campaigns if corrected.
    • Updated some wording on two Customer record functions for clarity:
      • Changed "Import Opt-Outs" to "Bulk Disable Marketing" to clarify that the bulk import function is setting those Customers to not be considered for Marketing Campaign messages, but will still receive other messages (in contrast to a carrier-level Opt-Out, which opts them out of all messaging).
      • Changed "Disable Campaigns" on the individual Customer record to "Marketing Disabled" for consistency.
    • Removed some confusing hover tooltips on the blast limit fields for On-Demand Campaigns.
    • Expect more usability enhancements in the near future as we continue to focus on improving Campaigns!
  • Improved usability of the media manager in DVIs on mobile by removing a confusing "Close" button and introducing a confirmation dialog if attempting to close it with unsaved changes present.
  • Improved readability of the Call log on mobile devices by setting wider default column widths.
  • Introduced more detailed logging in our Scheduler for ShopWare to better isolate & detect when the ShopWare API prevents the creation of a new RO, leaving the new appointment missing from the Jobs in the Shop view.
  • Improved backend resilience to handle crash-prone requests more gracefully and reduce risk of disruptions from unexpected database conditions.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue with Campaigns where messages were being prevented from being built by an incorrect filter, mainly affecting the Deferred Service trigger.
  • Fixed an issue with Campaigns where the Service Description trigger was not matching & building messages correctly.
  • Fixed an issue where giving a non-Admin the Manage Campaigns permission resulted in no access to the Campaigns page.
  • Fixed an issue where the Scheduler confirmation message was using the wrong template.
  • Fixed an issue where Payment tasks on the v1 Inbox were not showing the same detail as on the v2 Inbox.

  • Introduced a toggle to give shop owners control of the visibility of RocketShield-filtered calls - show or hide.
  • Improved the Call Path display by showing more granular information (including which party ended the call).
  • Improved the First Call Conversion and First Call Conversion Metrics reports by having them share one set settings.
  • Added the All Shops report to the Unified analytics dashboard in CE (currently in an invite-only Beta test).

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where the dates showing on some tasks in the New Inbox were being updated on transfer, leading to confusion.
  • Fixed an issue where the Advisor name and Shop Number labels were swapped in the Call View modal.
  • Fixed an issue where Sites without an email address configured were incorrectly being excluded from being added to SMS & Call Campaigns.
  • Fixed an issue where Inbound/Outbound Call Stats wasn't controlling visibility accurately, resulting in 'undefined' labels in the chart legend.
  • Fixed an issue where the "Toggle Selected" button in On-Deck wasn't functioning when the "select all" checkbox was used.
  • Fixed an issue where some SMS history was missing.
  • Fixed an issue where an exported Call log would be an empty file when using certain filters.

  • Improved the Outrunning Overhead view by including near-real-time GP for the current day.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue with the call analysis display where long calls weren't displaying the sentiment analysis.

OktoRocket Release Notes - October 9, 2025

Features

  • Introduced (currently in an invite-only Beta test) a Unified view of the Sales Analytics dashboard in Customer Engagement, relieving customers of both platforms of the need to move back-and-forth between them at their different URLs.

Enhancements

  • Improved RocketShield's screening algorithm to further minimize target calls slipping through.
  • Improved the flow and experience when merging Customer records - clarified some naming & language and introduced a confirmation dialog.
  • Introduced visual improvements to the breadcrumbs.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue on the email template in Campaign builder where the company logo was showing as a broken image.
    • Note: to complete this fix on existing email campaigns it's necessary to remove & re-add the company logo.  The reference will display like the other dynamic data, with {{curly braces}}, and the email layout including the image can be previewed using the Test Email feature to the upper-right of the template.
  • Fixed two issues on the Analytics dashboard, affecting GP/HR and the Leaderboard showing inaccurate values.
  • Fixed an issue where non-Admins/Site Managers were presented with the "subscription inactive" warning banner.
  • Fixed an issue where the Google My Business integration popup repeatedly returned after dismissing.
  • Fixed an issue where the settings weren't being saved in the Tech Sales Tracker report.
  • Fixes an issue with the Sales by Category report being empty and having the wrong title.
  • Fixed an issue with daily-repeating blockers on the calendar not repeating correctly.
  • Fixed several visual formatting issues, affecting text wrapping, button placement, and pagination.

Enhancements

  • Updated the view for matching customers to reviews by displaying the vehicle count rather than the RO count.
  • Improved the view for attaching non-image files (PDFs, text files, etc.) to messages to more clearly see that the attachment is present.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue with the old Inbox where the timestamps were showing without AM or PM.
  • Fixed an issue with the No Shows report not populating and having the wrong title.
  • Fixed two issues with the Shop-Ware integration, affecting RO numbers in the calendar and labor sales calculations in GP.
  • Fixed an issue with Shop Days & Holidays not applying correctly to Outrunning Overhead and Goals proration.

Enhancements

  • Enhanced the call audio player with better visual representation and highlighted follow-along on the transcript tab.
  • Added the “Excluded ticket” counter on the new Inbox to match the old Inbox.
  • Updated the way task transferring works to limit cross-site issues.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where Campaigns set to use Direct Assignment weren’t assigning appropriately.
  • Fixed an issue with Mitchell1 and Shopware, where the Bookings Tool wasn’t posting appointments to CE, and in some cases, the SMS
  • Fixed an intermittent issue where certain date range changes would crash the Campaigns page.
  • Fixed two issues around Call Conversions, the report not populating, and values not matching between SA and CE.

  • Introduced a new report for RocketShield statistics.

Enhancements

  • Improved usability of Reports page by auto-scrolling down to the last-opened report when using the browser Back button, and temporarily highlighting the last-opened report in the list.
  • Improved user-level call recording preferences.
  • Added last name to RO Detail report to improve usability in sorting/filtering.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where the Customer garage drop-downs weren’t opening.
  • Fixed an issue where the WIP car counts weren’t matching between versions of the dashboard.
  • Fixed an issue where the Calls view was associating the wrong site with some extensions.
  • Fixed some minor layout/alignment/icon/button anomalies.

Enhancements

  • Enhancements to Scorecards (still in Beta release):
    • Improved natural language processing
    • Ability to duplicate, added drag-and-drop of questions within and between categories
    • Added new filters on the Calls view for Scorecard-only and Advisor IQ-only
    • Provided a usable list of groups and templates to jumpstart Scorecard adoption
  • Improved handling & displaying of Wait/Drop-off appointment statuses on shops using Protractor or Shopware, since they tag those types differently than other SMSs.
  • Improved handling of Inspection items that required photos when videos were also attached.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue in the “Marketing New vs Return” chart in Analytics was sorting months alphabetically instead of chronologically.
  • Fixed an issue where the Directory wasn’t loading any results.
  • Fixed an issue where the Tire Inspection section of DVI wasn’t loading images correctly.
  • Fixed an issue where Deferred Service-related reports and campaigns were failing to load or run.
  • Fixed an issue where the Prices section of Inspection items wouldn’t always display when toggled.

  • Removed the “end time” from booking appointment slots, which caused confusion with respect to work estimate times.

  • Fixed an issue where active messages wouldn’t always show in the Inbox.

  • Deployed a new report to Settings -> Billing showing SMS and MMS usage statistics.
  • Introduced RocketShield, which allows users to insert a menu prompt on incoming calls to combat spam/robo calls.

  • Introduced an overall site-selection dropdown menu that’s always available no matter where you are in the app
  • Improved date-selection for the Rocket Gauge report

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where the embedded scheduler wouldn’t always fire GTM events.
  • Fixed an issue where the Calls page would crash when changing from fiscal months to fiscal years. 

OktoRocket Release Notes – September 4, 2025

Features

  • Scorecard Groups: Create multiple scorecards and group them by call type. AdvisorIQ automatically selects the appropriate scorecard based on call type.
  • Manual Scorecard Override: If a call is misclassified or the wrong scorecard is used, you can correct the score and re-run the assessment with the correct card.
  • Appointment Reminder Customization: Configure different appointment reminders for Waiter and Drop-Off appointments.

Voice Notification Enhancements

  • Improved call pop timing so notifications do not appear before the call actually rings through.
  • Call quality report now shows who ended the call (caller or callee).

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue preventing OktoRocket short links from loading in Safari mobile private browsing mode.
  • Deleted work orders in Protractor now correctly update to “Voided” status in OktoRocket.

Customer Engagement Enhancements

  • Multiple Inbox Bug Fixes: Resolved several issues including:
    • SMS message previews not updating when customers reply.
    • Styling conflicts for unread messages and selected tasks.
    • Task lists failing to load beyond a certain number of items.
    • “Translate to Spanish” button not working after typing in the text area.
    • Missing payment link and Google review tasks in filters.
    • Issues selecting or completing certain SMS tasks.
  • Improved Task Preview Refresh: Fixed an issue where the inbox task preview was not updating in real time when customers replied.
  • Site Managers as Service Writers: Site Managers can now be assigned as Service Writers on repair orders.

Scheduler Updates

  • Additional transportation options can be added, including loaner, shuttle, and rental car.
  • Updated appointment calendar card shows all appointment details.

General Updates

  • Simplified Text-to-Pay: Consolidated multiple payment link buttons into a single streamlined payment modal.
  • Payment Task Improvements: Added a “Send to TM” button and displayed additional payment details (auth code, card type, last 4 digits) directly in the task.
  • Website Text-Us Widget: Added a “Text Us” chat widget for shop websites. 

OktoRocket Release Notes – August 14, 2025

Enhancements

  • New inbox available for testing with a reworked, more efficient UI. Users can switch back to the old view if needed.
  • Payment tasks now show payment status and include a link to the related RO.

  • Multi-day schedule blockers now block all days correctly.
  • Call tasks now clear correctly based on auto-complete rules.

  • Reviews page shows weekly count and, for multi-location customers, the location name.
