Features
Scorecard Groups: Create multiple scorecards and group them by call type. AdvisorIQ automatically selects the appropriate scorecard based on call type.
Manual Scorecard Override: If a call is misclassified or the wrong scorecard is used, you can correct the score and re-run the assessment with the correct card.
Appointment Reminder Customization: Configure different appointment reminders for Waiter and Drop-Off appointments.
Voice Notification Enhancements
Improved call pop timing so notifications do not appear before the call actually rings through.
Call quality report now shows who ended the call (caller or callee).
Bug Fixes
Fixed an issue preventing OktoRocket short links from loading in Safari mobile private browsing mode.
