Many shops have forms on their websites to capture leads. You can now turn these leads into lead tasks in your inbox. To do this, simply email the form data to OktoRocket. Each site has a specially formatted email address that you are required to use.
Email to Task (Contact Form β Inbox Lead)

This feature lets your website contact form send an email that automatically creates a Lead in your Inbox.
What you need to know
---------------------
You email a special address that includes your site ID and domain.
We read the Subject (for the lead source) and the Body (for lead details + to find phone/email).
Step 1: Use the correct βToβ email address

Send the email to this format:
domain: Should be replaced with your OktoRocket site domain.
siteId: The site id can be found from in the OktoRocket admin portal. Go to sites -> Select a site. The Site ID can be found in the address bar at
Step 2: Put the important info in the email body

We automatically scan the email body to find:
Phone numbers (example: (704) 368-3503 or 704-368-3503)
Recommended body template (copy/paste)
Name: Test Customer
Phone: (704) 368-3503
Comments: This is a test message.
Step 3: Set the email subject (shows as the Lead Source)

Troubleshooting
---------------
1. Lead created, but no phone number
- Make sure the email body includes a phone number (like (704) 368-3503).
2. Nothing created
- Confirm the To address matches:
Confirm YOURSITEID is the exact 24-character site ID provided by OktoRocket.
