Email to Task

Many shops have forms on their websites to capture leads. You can now turn these leads into DC tasks.  To do this. simply have the forms emailed to DC. Each site has a specially formatted email address.

domain: Should be replaced with your DC site domain. 
siteId: The site id can be found from in the DC admin portal. Go to sites -> Select a site. The Site ID can be found in the address bar at


If the email leads contain the end customers email or phone number in the body of the email, we will parse this information and attempt to match the contact to an existing DC customer. The result will be a new task created in DC called a Lead Task.
