Installing OktoRocket - CE as a Desktop App in Chrome

How to Add OktoRocket - Customer Engagement to Your Desktop

1.Open your browser and navigate to the OktoRocket Customer Engagement login page or home page.



2.In the browser, please click on the three dots in the top right menu to show your browser's settings 



3.From there, please hover over the option labeled "Cast, save and share" to expand the menu 



4. Click on “Install page as app” from the expanded menu.

5. A confirmation popup will appear. You can name the app whatever you like—then click “Install.”
6. Once installed, you’ll have a desktop shortcut you can use to launch Customer Engagement anytime, just like a regular app.
