On managed Chrome profiles, Google may restrict which websites browser extensions are allowed to interact with by default.
DC Relay requires access to specific domains in order to function. If these domains are not explicitly allowed by policy, the extension may install successfully but will not work.

Step 1: Open Chrome extension policy settings

1. Sign in to the Google Admin Console as an administrator.

2. Go to:
   Devices → Chrome → Apps & extensions

3. Select the User app settings tab.

4. Choose the Organizational Unit (OU) that applies to the affected users.

Step 2: Allow DC Relay required domains

1. Click Permissions and URLs.

2. In Runtime allowed hosts, add the following entries (one per line):

*.digitalconcierge.io
shop.tekmetric.com
*.shop-ware.com

3. Leave Runtime blocked hosts unchanged.

4. Click Save.

Validate the policy is applied

On a managed Chrome profile:

1. Open a new tab and go to:
   chrome://policy

2. Click Reload policies.

3. Confirm that RuntimeAllowedHosts is present and includes the domains listed above.

4. Restart Chrome and revisit a supported site to confirm DC Relay is working.
