vCards (Virtual Contact Files) are a powerful tool for sharing complete business contact information with your clients. OktoRocket supports embedding vCards into canned messages, making it easier than ever to send a digital business card that clients can instantly save to their phones or email clients.
Sending a vCard ensures your future calls and texts appear polished and professional — complete with your company’s name, logo, and contact details.
A vCard is a standard file format for electronic business cards. It usually has the .vcf
file extension and can include:
Full name and title
Company name and logo
Phone numbers (work, mobile, fax, etc.)
Email address
Physical address with map links
Website and social media links
Directions
Once a recipient adds the vCard to their contacts, their phone or email client uses that information for future communication.
Professional Presentation: Your calls and texts will show your company name and logo instead of a generic number.
First Impressions Matter: Clients receiving your vCard immediately see your full contact details in one place.
Increased Trust: Branded contact entries help reduce the chance of being mistaken for spam.
Quick Access to Social Links & Directions: Customers can tap to call, text, follow, or navigate to your business.
Cross-platform Compatibility: vCards are supported by most modern smartphones, tablets, and email platforms.
