Approving Campaign Messages
SMS Campaign messages can be setup for auto-approval or require approval by the user or admin before it is sent out. Requiring approval before sending allows for additional personalization and the ability to delete unwanted campaign messages.
To Approve messages from the user portal click on Campaigns from the navigation bar.
Click on the "On Deck" message count:
Click on the toggle next to the messages you wish to approve or click the Edit button to make changes.
Approved messages will be sent out based on the campaign schedule.
