Protractor Integration Guide

You can no longer add 3rd party integrations on your own. To setup the integration to DC, you must send a request to protractor support support@protractor.com


Request the following parameters should be set:

Vendor: BDMEnterprises
CallbackURL: https://<REPLACE WITH YOUR DC DOMAIN>.api.digitalconcierge.io/integrations/protractor/events
UpdateWorkOrderPackage: Yes
UpdateWorkOrderLine: Yes  

Once they respond with the API keys you may continue to the DC setup.


1: Navigate to the admin portal and then sites. Click the Edit icon on the site you wish to enable. 

2. On the right side of the screen select "Integration Type"

3. Select "Protractor" and enter the Integration keys found on your Protractor screen.

 

Once complete new or update work orders will begin to sync with DC. You can also map your Protractor users following this guide. This needs to be repeated for each protractor location.
