Tekmetric Integration

Tekmetric Integration

Features:

  • Sync customer information
  • Repair Order Detail
  • SMS Appointment Reminders
  • SMS Follow-up messages

Step 1: Log into tekmetric

Step 2: Click on Shop Settings

Step 3: Click on Integrations

Step 4: Find the Digital Concierge integration and click "MANAGE" 


Step 5: Click "Grant Access"

Step 5: A webhook also needs to be added for Tekmetric to update DC in realtime. Find the webhooks card on the integrations page and click on Add Webhook


Step 6: Input the following value

Webhook Name: Digital Concierge

Webhook URL: https://<YOUR DC DOMAIN>.api.digitalconcierge.io/integrations/tekmetric

Check the boxes shown in the screenshot below.

Step 7: Log into Digital Concierge as an Admin.

Step 8: Goto Sites -> Edit Site -> Click on Integration Type. Select "Tekmetric" and enter your Shop ID
