How to Integrate Carfax with Your OktoRocket Instance

Integrating Carfax with OktoRocket allows your dealership to seamlessly connect vehicle history reporting into your existing workflows. Follow the steps below to complete your setup.

1. Access the Site Settings

  • Navigate to the Sites tab from your OktoRocket Admin Panel.



  • Select the location you want to integrate with Carfax.

NotesNote: If your organization has only one site, it will be the only available option.


2. Locate the Integrations Section

  • Scroll down the site settings until you find the Integrations section.

  • This area allows you to connect and manage all third-party applications available for your site.


3. Find and Select Carfax

  • Look for Carfax in the list of integrations.

  • Click on Select Connect to begin the connection process.

4. Enroll Your Location

  • Once prompted, complete the form fields and click Enroll Location to activate the Carfax integration for the selected site.
