Moving Numbers to Digital Concierge

To move an existing number to DC, fill out the attached letter of authorization form and return it with a copy of your latest phone bill.

Once submitting the porting process takes roughly 7-10 business days. Voice and SMS services will be moved to DC once the port is complete.
