DC Connect: Quick Dials, Parks & Transfers
This guide shows you how to create Quick Dials in DC Connect+ to save time and make calling easier on the go. It covers how to set up quick dials, park calls, and transfer them. Follow these steps to make your phone tasks faster and more efficient.

1. Tap Quick Dial.
5. Tap and Enter "Number or SIP Address"

Enter Number or SIP Address
5.a. For Extensions, use the following template:
"Extension Number"
5.b. For Parks, use the following template:
park*"Park Number" 5901,
5902, 5903

Examples:
For create an extension for Aaron, the
appropriate info will be:
Title: Aaron
Number or SIP Address: 1001
For a park in which a customer can be placed on
hold, use the following info:
Title: Park 1
Number or SIP Address: park*5901

If you operate a multi-site business, please reach out to support to confirm your park numbers, as they may vary by location.
6. Tap anywhere on screen to clear keyboard.

If you wish to see the quick dial's call status, Enable Busy Lamp Field.
7. Tap Save.

To Pick up a Parked Call, Tap on the Profile.
Done. Your call has successfully been parked and picked up via DC Connect.


To Transfer or Park a call, Press Transfer DURING an ongoing call.


Tap the Extension you wish to Transfer to OR Tap the Quick Dial access any Extensions, Parks, or Speed Dials you have set up.
