DC Connect+

DC Connect+ is a mobile app enabling access to calls, text, voicemail and notifications while on the go. This guide highlights the login process and the various features of the app.

Alert
To log in, you will use the same username and password that you use for DC.  The username will include your shops DC domain. In the example above bdmmotors is the domain.
The domain will be the first portion of the web address you use to access DC.


 
Quick Dials can be used for internal extensions or outside numbers. Extensions will display the status of the extension.


Calls made from the app will come from your shop phone number.


The Directory includes your internal directory and customers.


The messages tab is a copy of what is in DC. When messages are read in the app they are marked read in DC.
Currently, if a task is mark complete it doesn't close out in the app. You can swipe left on a conversation and delete it from the app without affecting what is in DC.


Voicemail messages will be displayed and can be played back from the DC tab.

Push Notifications are controlled by the notifications preferences set on the user profile in DC. There are two new toggles.

If a user has a direct number the first toggle will enable push notifications just for messages to that number.
Site wide tasks will trigger notifications on all messages for the site.
