  1. Edit Contact provides a method to set customer information such as name, business, email, etc. This information will be available on all subsequent interactions.
  2. Once you are done working with a customer, mark the conversation as complete. This will remove the conversation from your task list.
  3. If a number is sending spam messages, "Mark as Spam" will prevent any future messages from being delivered.
  4. If someone else should be handling this message, Transfer will allow the message to be transferred to another user or unassigned.
  5. Canned responses, quick, commonly used responses that can be selected with a single click.
  6. Images can be added and will be sent the same as a photo taken from a mobile device. To send a file, such as a receipt, click on the paperclip and select the file to send. A link will be sent for the user to click and download the file.
