Holiday Calendar Configurations
Setting up a Holiday Schedule

This guide provides essential instructions for configuring holiday settings in Digital Concierge, ensuring your automated messaging and call responses align with holiday periods.
What happens during a holiday period?

Inbound SMS messages will receive an automated message that is set during the holiday setup.
Inbound phone calls will hear the holiday greeting if configured. If the holiday greeting is not configured, the closed greeting will be played.
Click the Holiday Schedule.
Holiday Setup
Holidays are organized by Holiday Lists, this allows for different locations to have different holiday schedules, or multiple locations can share one list

Note: Changes from the Site screen will be applied to all locations using that list.
Then individual holidays can then be added to the list and configured. There are 3 types of holidays that can be defined:

Date Range: Provides a fixed date and time range.
Recurring Date: This is useful for holidays that always fall on the same day
Variable Day: This is used for holidays such as Thanksgiving which is on the 4th Thursday in November

Click "Add Day."

Enter the Holiday Name.

Select your "Holiday Type."

Choose the Date you wish to add to your Holiday Calendar.

Click "Apply."

Write your Holiday Automated Message Response.

Click "Save."


All Done! You have successfully added a new day to your Holiday Calendar.
