  1. Is there a way to see which ROs are the rollover?
    In the Data View, you can turn the Posted Only toggle to Off and then sort by Date Sold. Any rollover will have a different Sold Month from the Posted Month.



  2. Is there a screen that shows us GP$/HR by ticket for a date range?
    Yes, you can use the Data View to do this. Select the desired date range, and it will calculate the total GP/hr while also displaying it at the individual ticket level.



  3. I want to see what my Service Advisor is struggling to sell. How do I do that in OktoRocket?
    This information is available in the Data View. Once in the Data View, you can filter by Advisor and then sort by various fields, such as close ratio, to identify RO’s with lower close rates. This allows you to analyze patterns and determine areas where your Service Advisor may be struggling to sell.
