  1. Could I make another employee a ClientAdmin?
    Yes, we can do that for you. Just submit a request via chat or to support@oktorocket.com.



  2. How can I cancel my subscription?
    You can cancel your subscription by reaching out to our support team via chat or by emailing us at support@oktorocket.com.



  3. Can I add my Marketing company as a User?
    You can add your marketing company to OktoRocket, but if they are already associated with another customer, you’ll need to provide a dummy email address. For example, if your shop domain is doctorauto.com, you could use marketing@doctorauto.com—even if it doesn't exist. OktoRocket allows this because we use email addresses solely to identify users. Additionally, we're working on introducing a Marketing role and enabling non-customers to have basic access to your data.



  4. Why isn't OktoRocket letting me add a user to my account?
    If you're unable to add a user to your OktoRocket account, it means the email login already exists in the system. To verify this:

    1️⃣ Check for Inactive Users – Switch the "Active Users Only" toggle from Yes to No and look for the user in the list.
    2️⃣
    Reactivating a User – If the user appears in the list, click "Edit User" and switch their Active toggle from No to Yes.
    3️⃣
    Still Can't Find the User? – If the user doesn’t appear, contact OktoRocket Support for further assistance.



  5. Can you explain access roles for OktoRocket?
    ClientAdmin – Organization Administrator (typically the shop owner or co-owner).
    ShopAdmin – Assigned for multi-shop management, granting control over a specific shop. Cannot edit organization-level settings (Client Settings).
    Service Adviser/Technician – Basic access with no ability to make changes.


  1. I cannot log into my account and I am not receiving a password reset email. What should I do?
    If you're unable to log into your account and are not receiving a password reset email, your account may have been disabled. To resolve this issue, please contact support immediately.



  2. How do I update my billing information in OktoRocket?

    Here's a quick guide to managing your billing with ease:

    1️⃣ Log In & Navigate to Settings – Sign in to OktoRocket and go to "Settings."

    2️⃣ Access Billing – Click on "Billing" to view and manage your account.

    3️⃣ Manage Your Billing – Update payment methods, review subscriptions and payment history, and pay individual invoices.
