Updating your Google Customer Reviews in DC

Navigating to your Google Review Integrations Tab


It's important to keep your Google review count, rating, and review description up to date within Digital Concierge.  Here are the steps you can take to update within DC.




Sites

To get started, log into your instance to preview your Home. Find the Sites module on the left of your screen.




Site Detail

If you have more than one Site, select the site you wish to see details on.




Module Settings - Integrations


This is your Site Profile.  From here, you can view your Module Settings on the right of your screen. Click on the Integrations tab.







Google My Business


Now select Google My Business.



Update Reviews

Finally, you can Load Reviews.  This will allow DC to connect with Google and load new reviews into your instance.



View Uploaded Reviews

Click on the Reviews module to see your updated reviews.
