Technician iPad Setup

Technicians should use the iPad application to perform digital vehicle inspections. This app is available in the Apple app store. In order to facilitate downloading and configuring of the app, follow these quick steps.

1. Log into the DC web interface with the technician's account.

Once logged in, tap on the user menu in the upper left of the site. Next tap on iPad Setup.

2. If the iOS app hasn't been installed, click on Download App. Otherwise, skip to step 3.

Tap on the cloud icon or GET as shown below.

Once the application has been downloaded, go back to the DC website and click on open app. Starting the iPad app in this method will automatically configure the application. If you start the app directly, you will see the following screen instead of a login screen.
