System Alerts and Reports

Digital Concierge can generate automated SMS and Email alerts.

Name	Type	Description	Interval
Connector	SMS	If the DC connector for RO Writer or Mitchell 1 goes offline an alert will be generated	Every 5 minutes during business hours
New Tasks	SMS	If a new task is left un-assigned. SMS alerts will be generated.	Set under Admin Setitngs. Default is 5 minutes.
Campaigns	SMS	Enables employee based campaigns	Set by the campaign
Voicemail	Email	Notification email sent when a new message is left	On voicemail
Fax	Email	Notification on new fax	On fax
Weekly Summary	Email	Admins: Receive a site summary Users: Their weekly usage summary	Monday morning
Task Aging	Email	Email sent when the user has tasks open for over 1 week	daily
