| Financed | Repair Orders paid with financing |
| Sales/HR | Gross Sales / Labor Hours |
| GP/HR | Gross Profit / Labor Hours |
| ELR = Effective Labor Rate | Gross Labor Sales / Labor Hours |
| Supplies/RO | Shop Supplies / Repair Orders |
| T/U = Tire Units | The sum of qty for parts listed in the Tire category |
| LOF | Total number of Oil changes based on the labor items with the LOF category |
| INS = Inspections | Total number of inspections based on items with the Inspection category |
| Labor% | Labor Sales - Labor Cost / Labor Sales |
| Parts% | Parts Sales - Parts Cost / Parts Sales |
| Tracking | Gross Sales / Worked Days * Total Work Days *This only calculates properly during the current month and when in the month view. |
