RO Screen And Process Overview

This is an overview guide that will help you familiarize yourself with the ROs screen and the progress bar of the Repair Order.

1. Repair order progress bar

2. RO Details. Can be edited by clicking the blue pencil.

3. Customer information. Can be edited by clicking the blue pencil. The arrow in blue circle takes you to the customer overview screen.

4. Vehicle Information. Can be edited by clicking the blue pencil.


RO Progress

The RO Progress bar on top features these items: 

  • Created  - This refers to a newly created RO. Find out about creating ROs in this guide.
  • Checked In - This means the RO has been checked in, but the inspection is yet to begin. Here's how to check a vehicle in.
  • Inspecting - The inspection of this vehicle has begun.
  • Estimating - This is where all the information from the inspection get filled in. To learn more, consult this guide.
  • Customer Review -  Is used to notify the customer about current state of their vehicle after the vehicle has been inspected and needed repairs were estimated. 
  • Approved - The customer approved the needed repairs.
  • Parts Hold - Waiting for parts. You can add a Parts Hold Detail note here.
  • WIP (Work In Progress) - The vehicle is currently being repaired.
  • QC (Quality Control) - To learn more about filling in Quality Control notes, consult this guide.
  • Complete - Once the Repair Order is complete, mark it as such by picking this progress item.
