    Want to learn more about OktoRocket?
    Whether you need a basic overview or in-depth training tailored to your needs, we’ve got you covered! Signing up is quick and easy:

    1️⃣ Contact Support – Reach out to our friendly support team via phone, email, or your preferred method.
    2️⃣ Schedule Your Training – Our team will provide a meeting scheduler link—simply click it and choose a time that works best for you.

  3. How Long Will It Take to Get My Login Credentials?

    For TekMetric, Protractor, and Shopware Customers:

    • If your integrations are enabled, you will receive your login credentials by the next business day after completing the onboarding form. This timeline accounts for the overnight data synchronization from your SMS system to OktoRocket.

    For Mitchell 1 and RO Writer Customers:

    • After submitting the onboarding form, you will receive an email with instructions to schedule an installation with a support team member.
    • Your login credentials will be provided once the installation is complete
