Once you enter the messaging module, you'll see several handy features making sure your messaging experience is seamless and organized. Here's how to use them:
1. This is where you write the body of the message.
2. You can enter your Canned Responses by picking them here.
3. Edit your canned responses by clicking the Edit button next to the response picker. To learn about using canned responses and dynamic values, see this guide.
4. You can add photos, attachments and emojis to your message.
5. Once the message is done, hit send.
6. You can add your personal notes or let your team know additional information by writing them into the notepad (these notes are not visible to the customer).
7. Here you can assign the conversation to a particular RO.
8. If you need additional information about the customer or see the messaging history, click the arrow in blue circle.
