Managing Customers
You can easily view and edit your customers’ information, as well as all their vehicles and history. Here's how.
1. Go to the Customers screen and search up a customer:
2. Click the customer to open the customer detail:
This screen features 4 tabs:
1. Customer details - here you can edit a customers personal information and vehicle information by clicking the edit icons.
2. RO History - The history of repair orders. You can bring open details of a RO by clicking the RO's number.
3. SMS History - Review the exact message by clicking See Messages
4. Call History
