How To Turn ON/OFF Automated Text Replies

Automated Text Replies are an efficient way to get back to your customers quickly.  It lets the customer know their message has been received and gives them reassurance they will be tended to.

Automated Text Replies are turned ON by default.  Here is the way to toggle back and forth based on your preference.

To Begin, head over to the "Site" Module to access your locations.



1. Click "Site"







2. Click "Edit"






3. Toggle ON






4. Click "Save"






5. Automated Text Replies are now disabled
