Additional instructions for the Advisor IQ AI can be added here, under Settings > Communication > Call Preferences. You will need to word them like you are explaining to a person what you would like, for example: "If the phrase 'you suck' is used score the call as negative". This process may require some trial and error to get exactly what you are looking for.
