You get to create and search up customers in two separate places:

1. When creating a new RO in Check-In screen

2. In Customers screen

 

The process is the same in both cases. You get 3 options:

1. Search for an existing customer

2. Create a new customer

3. Bulk import your customers by uploading a .csv file

 

Looking For An Existing Customer

Use the search bar to find the customer by their name or phone number:

Creating A New Customer

1. Pick create new customer:

2. A new window will pop up. Fill in all the information:

3. Then search up the newly created customer via the search bar.


Bulk Import Customers

Whenever you need to add several customers at once, you can easily import them using an .csv file. 

 

1. Pick Bulk Import

2. There's a handy template you can use to create the file. Download it by simply clicking "this".

3. Fill the file in and upload it.

4. Click import.
