Campaigns are a great way to stay in touch with your customers and employees. This article will give you an overview of the Campaign module and how to navigate through the page.

New Campaign

This is where you go to create your new Campaign.

Edit Schedule

This is where you access your Campaign Schedule.  This will control the time of day your messages go out.  Messages will be built and saved on Deck outside of your Campaign Schedule.  They will then be sent during your Campaign Schedule.

Manage Links gives you a host of useful tools for you to share when promoting your Campaigns.  This includes shortened URLs and QR codes to be sent with your Campaign to give your customer direct access to setting up their appointment.

Active Campaigns

This is the number of campaigns that are active for your site.  This is useful when determining just how many campaigns you should have going simultaneously.

Messages on Deck

This will show you the number of messages ready to send and approved vs the total number of messages that have been built.  These are build outside of your Campaign hours.

Messages Sent

Total number of messages sent in the current month by default.  You can drill into the number to view all messages sent in list view.

Campaign Performance Report

A general overview of your messages per campaign and interactions.  You can drill into the Campaign Performance to view the Campaign Performance Report.

This is where you can view all your built campaigns.
