Call Recording Laws

Call Recording Laws

Digital Concierge offers a set of powerful recording tools. Before enabling recording for your phone calls, we strongly recommend consulting with your legal counsel. Call recording laws vary by state law. This website provides general guidance on recording laws per/state.

If you are in a two party consent state, DC can be used to add a "This call is being recording for quality and training purposes" alert on inbound calls. We recommend disabling recording on outbound calls if two party consent is required.

Recording is controlled from the administrator portal under Settings -> Calling Preferences
