This report gives information about calls and SMS conversations analyzed by Advisor IQ.

Calls

Inbound calls that go to voicemail or are disconnected in the menu will be listed as N/A User. 

For calls to be analyzed by Advisor IQ they need to meet the following criteria:

  • Be recorded.
  • Outbound calls need to be answered or a voicemail left.
  • Not be to, or from, a number listed as a vendor in the directory. 

SMS

SMS conversations will be analyzed when they are marked completed.
