Adding ROs and Check-Ins

You can create new vehicles and customers by navigating to the Check-In screen in the left hand menu. 

Once there, click New RO:

1. First a Customer needs to be picked

Either use the search bar or create a new customer. For more information, consult the guide on creating and looking up customers.

 

2. Next pick or create a vehicle

Picking An Existing Vehicle

If the customer already has vehicles registered in your system, you can simply pick one of them.

1. Open the customer's profile.

2. Pick one of the vehicles:

3. Submit A New Repair Order

Once a vehicle is selected, fill in the Repair Order Detail (Mileage and customer concerns note), then click Create:

4. Checking The Vehicle In

4.1 The newly created Repair Order will show up in the Repair Order Check-In window now. Click it

4.2 You get to once again review the customer and vehicle information. When you scroll down, you'll see a field you need to sign in order to authorize.

4.3 After signing the repair order, the Accept and Check In button becomes available. Click it to finish the check-in:
