RocketShield is now available for all OktoRocket phone customers! If your shop prefers that initial calls ring directly to your advisors instead of an automated greeting, RocketShield is the perfect solution. It gives you the best of both worlds — the personal touch your customers expect, with powerful spam protection working quietly in the background.

Why Use RocketShield?

We’ve all seen “Potential Spam” or “Robocall” labels on our personal phones. RocketShield uses similar intelligence to screen these nuisance calls before they ever reach your team.

How it works:

1. Incoming calls are screened using advanced caller data and reputation sources.
2. If a call is suspected spam, RocketShield plays a custom greeting you choose.
3. The caller must press a key to continue — a simple action that blocks most robocallers.
4. Once a valid caller completes the prompt, their number is verified and whitelisted for future calls. Future calls from verified numbers ring straight through to your advisors.
5. RoboCallers and spam calls will fail the prompt and go directly to voicemail instead.

Shop Administrators and Site Managers can enable RocketShield in just a few steps:

1. Go to Sites in the OktoRocket dashboard.
2. Select the site where you want to enable RocketShield.
3. Under Module Settings, click on RocketShield.
4. Click the Enable RocketShield Protection toggle.
5. Generate a prompt or upload your own audio file for the screening greeting.
6. Click Save Settings.
