[0:04] To get started, navigate to sites, select your location, then go to general and select OktoAssist. [0:11] This page gives you a quick overview of how OktoAssist is performing for your shop, along with a few settings you can adjust as needed. [0:19] At the top, you'll see your usage limits. [0:22] This section gives you a quick look at how many bookings OktoAssist has generated for the current month. [0:28] You'll also see the estimated revenue generated from those bookings, based on the estimated nationwide median average repair order. [0:35] This gives you a simple way to see the potential value OktoAssist is bringing to your shop. [0:41] Next is your monthly OktoAssist Call Allowance. [0:44] This will show which subscription you currently have and how many OktoAssist Calls are included each month. [0:50] You'll also see a progress bar showing how many of those calls you've already used. [0:55] Making it easy to keep an eye on your usage throughout the month. [0:59] If you want OktoAssist to continue answering calls after you've reached your monthly allowance, you can turn on Allow additional calls. [1:07] From here, you can set a maximum number of additional calls you're willing to allow, once your included calls have been used. [1:14] This gives you control over how much additional usage you want to make available while still allowing OktoAssist to continue helping your customer. [1:22] You'll also see a quick link to your call routes from this page. [1:26] If you need to review or make changes to where OktoAssist is being used in your phone system, you can use this shortcut to jump directly to your call routing setting. [1:36] Beneath your usage settings is the workflow section. [1:39] Here, you can enable create lead tasks for unfinished appointments. [1:43] When this is turned on, if a customer is disconnected while OktoAssist is working with them to schedule an appointment, OktoRocket will automatically create an appointment lead task in the inbox for your team to follow up on. [1:56] This helps make sure those potential appointments don't get lost just because the call wasn't completed. [2:02] We recommend checking this page regularly to monitor your monthly call allowance, review the estimated revenue being generated through OktoAssist, and make any changes to your additional call allowance or workflow settings as needed.
