[0:00] OktoAssist can email you summaries automatically so you can stay up to date without having to check the OktoAssist module or your reports.
[0:09] You can set this up in the user's profile.
[0:12] From the main page, scroll down and select Users.
[0:16] Find the user you want to set up and open their profile.
[0:20] Go to Notifications.
[0:23] Here you'll see the email alerts available for OktoAssist.
[0:27] There's an OktoAssist Daily Summary, a Weekly Summary, and a Monthly Summary.
[0:33] There's also OktoAssist Usage Alerts.
[0:36] These let the user know when OktoAssist is nearing its limit, when it moves to additional calls, or when callers are being sent to voicemail.
[0:46] Turn on the emails you want.
[0:47] Then click Save changes.
[0:50] It's as easy as that.
